As a Marketing Intern, I participated in a 3-day intern case competition where our team presented a cost-effective, scalable solution to executive leadership which ensured marketing materials are culturally competent.
The Cultural Competence Assurance System Evaluation (CCASE), is a system that quantitatively evaluates the cultural competence of UnitedHealthcare’s marketing materials. The assessment measures the three categories of cultural competence: representation, language, and cultural values. By providing quantitative data, the CCASE allows UHC to more efficiently develop “in-culture” marketing materials for their government programs.
Won 2021 UHG Intern Case Competition out of 245 interns from 45 team and presented to UnitedHealth Group executive leadership.
